COLD WEATHER HOLDING NEMATODIRUS BACK

18th April 2016

The continued cold weather is keeping a lid on Nematodirus hatching over much of the UK. However some cases are being reported and south facing, sheltered fields  are a risk. With a cold week forecast there is a mounting risk that there will be a sudden improvement in temperatures which could herald a mass hatch so farmers need to check the nematodirus forecast regularly.
