Sheep farmers need to be careful not to be caught out this autumn. The mild conditions mean that we are seeing some very high worm burdens. SCOPS urges farmers to continue with FEC monitoring. Discuss product choice with your Vet or adviser and check the efficacy of any treatment by using a drench test (click testing for resistance on the anthelmintics section for details).
